We HQ is the headquarters for a movement, and the people in it matter to us. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, reach out — a real person reads every message.

Contact us

Email support@we-hq.com and tell us what's going on. It helps to include the device you're using (iPhone or Android), your app version, and a short description of what happened. We aim to reply within two business days.

Account & sign-in

You can create your account and manage your profile right inside the app. If you're having trouble signing in or need to reset your password, use the sign-in options in the app, or email us and we'll help you get back in.

Subscriptions & billing

Supporting the mission through a subscription is patronage that helps fund the work and keep it within reach of others. Subscriptions are auto-renewing in-app purchases handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play:

You can manage or cancel anytime through your store account — canceling stops future renewals, and your current period continues until it ends:

Delete your account or data

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including deletion of your account — using the account controls in the app or by emailing privacy@we-hq.com. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Notifications

You can turn push notifications on or off at any time in your device's settings for the We HQ app.
